Domestic parcels are shipped via Australia Post Registered Mail.
International Orders are shipped via Insured Air Mail .

Trouble-Shooting: Late Postal Deliveries
All parcels are sent via Insured Mail or Insured Air Mail for ultimate security.
While 99% of all orders will be delivered within the ETA provided by us, occasionally posted parcels can be delayed due to customs and securities checks, or during transit to their receipient. Time to conduct postal investigations form parts of our shipping policy.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 7 days of delivery for store credit. A restocking fee of 10% applies.
How to Prepare A Return
To return an item to Gold-Rings, follow our three-step process:
1. Obtain your Return Authorisation Code:
email returns (a) gold-rings.com.au with your request and you will be given a Return Authorisation Code. In your email please advise the reason for your return request.
Write the Return Authorisation Code clearly on the outside of the parcel being returned and on the invoice we sent you with your purchase.
2. Package Your Return:
place all the original packaging in the box, including the Invoice.
3. Register (Insure) Your Package:
Australian Customers: Use the Registered Post service provided at Australia Post outlets. Ensure the insurance provided will cover the purchase price of the item being returned.
International Customers: Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. An email will be sent notifying you of this, or requesting further information as needed.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Returns with no Gold-Rings Return Authorisation Code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
